Hardy Pottinger

UCLA
Digital Library Software Developer
Columbia, MO
Hardy currently works on a team of developers building back-end services for UCLA Library's digital library projects. Which means he gets to play with really cool stuff like Docker containers and OpenAPI (aka Swagger) specs. His job title is Digital Library Programmer, but he is keenly interested in DevOps tools, technologies, and cultures. Hardy is also a DSpace Committer, which means he works as a volunteer developer for the DSpace project. Though he doesn't do much with DSpace these days. Keen observers will note Hardy's location says Missouri, which, yes, means he's a remote worker. He loves working at home, and will talk your ear off about it if you let him.
